Worship Service Time

Join us for worship in the sanctuary at 10:30 AM Sunday mornings.

  • Assisted listening devices are available for anyone having difficulty hearing the service. Please ask an usher for assistance.
  • Children’s bulletins and crayons are available in the basket near the entrance by the piano.
  • Nursery for ages 6 weeks to 3 years is available on the lower level of our Fellowship Hall.

All sections of the main (front) parking lot, though not yet paved, are open for parking at this time. In order to access the lower floor and the preschool, we must park on the front (main) lot and enter the building via the upper floor entrances.

RISE AGAINST HUNGER - is an international hunger relief organization that distributes food and life-changing aid to the world’s most vulnerable. On Saturday, October 27th Lower UMC will host a food packaging event where the community will come together to assemble thousands of meals. Make plans now to participate in this rewarding event. Unloading supplies begins at 8:00 a.m. Packing food bags begins at 9:30 a.m.

CHILDREN’S SABBATH AND FALL FESTIVAL - Join us on Sunday, October 28th at the 10:30 worship service for our special Children’s Sabbath, when the children will take an active part in the worship service. Then make plans to stay after for the Fall Festival from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. presented by Lower UMC along with the Middlesex YMCA. There will be FREE lunch and S’mores, bouncy houses, candy hunt, hay rides and pony rides. You don’t want to miss this fun-filled family event.

TOYS FOR TOTS – Our collection for Toys For Tots has begun. The collection box is located in the hallway near the church office. Collection will continue until Sunday, December 16th . Donations are taken to Middlesex Department of Social Services and distributed locally.

BOAZ BOX – Please contribute nonperishable food items as you can. Protein items such as peanut butter, canned tuna/chicken,  soup are especially needed.
